項目是由新鴻基地產發展的分層住宅新盤，位於九龍九龍城區何文田太子道西195號，於2022年3月收樓。
Prince Central 的可建樓面面積約45,338平方呎，只建有一幢分層大廈，樓高18層，共配置兩部升降機。
大廈不設庇護層，3樓至頂層20樓屬住宅樓層，每層各設2至8伙單位 (3至11樓每層各設8伙；12至17樓每層各設7伙；18至20樓每層各設2至4伙)，合共提供101個分層住宅。
單位的實用面積介乎251至1,351平方呎，樓底高度由2.925米至3.925米，分別採用開放式或獨立式廚房設計。
單位間隔涵蓋開放式至四房，當中包括：開放式、1房1廳、2房2廳、3房2廳（連套房）、4房2廳（連套房）及多用途房、4房2廳（連雙套房）及多用途房等多種。
單位供應以開放式戶及一房戶為主，合共佔77伙；而開放式至兩房戶約佔供應量九成。

共有93伙，實用面積為251至892平方呎，戶戶配置22或23平方呎露台；多數單位另設有16平方呎工作平台。
當中開放式戶的實用面積介乎251至266平方呎；一房戶的實用面積由296至345平方呎，其中位於正南之一房戶只有16伙。
而兩房戶的實用面積介乎349至436平方呎；三房戶的實用面積為624至684至平方呎；四房戶的實用面積由869至892至平方呎。
設6伙，位於3樓A至D室及H室、18樓A室，實用面積由266至871平方呎。戶戶配置7至133平方呎平台；部份單位另設有16平方呎工作平台或/及23平方呎露台。
僅有兩伙，位於20樓A、B室，實用面積分別為834及1,351平方呎，各配置35或46平方呎平台、632或1,078平方呎天台及16平方呎工作平台；B室另設有22平方呎露台。
生活文娛
項目於2樓設有面積約2,178平方呎住客會所，另有佔地約427平方呎綠化空間/園景區。
目低層單位以望周邊樓景為主，中高層向西北單位視野較開揚，望旺角大球場、大坑遊樂場景致。
項目距離港鐵太子站及東鐵線旺角東站分別約6至10分鐘步程。於太子道西、界限街、彌敦道及窩打老道沿線亦有多個巴士及小巴站，住戶可乘搭相關交通工具，來往港九新界多處地方。
太子道西及亞皆老街沿線民生商店及食肆林立；於港鐵旺角東站有大型購物商場MOKO新世紀廣場。而衙前圍道一帶亦有豐富飲食選擇，同時還有九龍城廣場及街市可供日常購物。
項目附近有旺角大球場、花墟公園及大坑遊樂場；區內另有巴富街運動場、天光道運動場、牛津遁遊樂場等供公眾使用。

項目前身為一幢舊樓「文麗苑」，在1959年落成，樓高5層，共提供15伙分層單位，物業用途屬住宅（乙類）。
發展商新鴻基地產早於2006年便以約1.34億元購入物業全部業權。據地政總署資料顯示，新地在2017年8月以1.7973億元完成項目補地價，每平方呎補價金額約3,964元。
項目地皮在補地價後，可增至最高5倍重建。若計算收購價及補地價金額，該項目的地價成本約2.8億元，每平方呎地價約6,175元。
而文麗苑在被新地收購後，曾於2009年獲屋宇署批建1幢22層高的住宅大廈。項目在2020年2月入紙申請預售樓花同意書，同年10月獲批，並已於2019年6月份動工。
據新地副董事總經理雷霆於2020年11月4日回應地產站查詢時指，項目以細單位為主，預計2020年底前開售。
發展商於2021年2月3日正式公佈項目名稱，不設中文名。新地副董事總經理雷霆同日表示，計劃於農曆年後推出市場。
項目最終於2021年2月25日上載了售樓說明書，在3月5日公佈首張價單，同日下午開放示範單位，隔天(周六)開始收票。
首張價單共涉及50伙單位，實用面積介乎251至345平方呎，間隔包括開放式及一房。單位定價由817.3萬至1,257.6萬元；呎價為32,562至37,051元，買家最高可杗15%折扣優惠。
以最高折扣計算，首批單位折實售價為694.7萬至1,068.96萬元，折實呎價為27,677至31,493元，折實平均呎價為29,688元。
