而河口休憩用地則設有嬉水廣場、水上表演台及高架園景平台，同時土拓署亦打算於該地園景設計方面引入分別於不同季節開花的植物，提升市民的視覺享受。

此外，區內另設有九龍灣單車公園、九龍灣運動場、東啟德遊樂場、彩虹道遊樂場及體育館等設施；向西北方走約10餘分鐘步程則可至賈炳達道公園及九龍寨城公園；而南面則有啟德郵輪碼頭。
