今日(10 日)成交的單位為第 5B 座 10 樓 C 室,實用面積 465 平方呎,屬 2 房連開放式廚房,成交價 1,129.82 萬元,呎價約 24,297 元。據悉,該內地買家一直尋覓香港優質的站頂現樓項目,近日因項目可售 2 房所餘無幾,且項目位於傳統何文田站上蓋,方便往返中港兩地,故特意乘飛機來港購入心儀單位。

目前整個項目同類型的 2 房分層單位僅餘最後 7 伙待沽,入場單位為第 5B 座 6 樓 D 室,折實售價 1,103.64 萬元,呎價約 23,683 元。

IN ONE Phase 1C in Ho Man Tin, a joint development by Chinachem and MTR Corporation, recorded three consecutive transactions of 2-bedroom units on Saturday and Sunday (August 9 and 10), generating over HKD 37 million in revenue.

The unit sold today (10th) is Flat C, 10/F, Block 5B, with a usable area of 43.2 square meters (465 square feet). It is a 2-bedroom unit with an open kitchen, transacted at HKD 11.2982 million, at a price of approximately HKD 24,297 per square foot. It is understood that the mainland buyer has been looking for high-quality above-station completed properties in Hong Kong. Recently, seeing that the remaining 2-bedroom units available for sale are few, and coupled with the project’s location on top of the traditional Ho Man Tin Station, which facilitates travel between the Mainland and Hong Kong, the buyer specially took a flight to Hong Kong today to purchase the desired unit.

Currently, only 7 such 2-bedroom stratified units remain for sale in the entire project. The entry-level unit is Flat D, 6/F, Block 5B, with a discounted price of HKD 11.0364 million, at approximately HKD 23,683 per square foot.

Since the launch of completed units in early April, the IN ONE series has sold 196 units, generating over HKD 2.66 billion in revenue.
