Le Mont will launch Block 1

Le Mont will launch Block 1 of the project in the near future. The price list and sales arrangements may be announced as soon as today.

Block 1 of Le Mont offers 173 units, with a usable area ranging from 270 to 797 square feet. The unit types cover one – bedroom to three – bedroom apartments, with two – bedroom units being the main focus. It is expected that the price list and sales arrangements will be announced within the next one or two days. It was also pointed out that a total of 1,079 units have been sold throughout the entire project, generating over HK$4.96 billion. The application for the occupation permit is anticipated to be submitted within this year.
