項目是由信和置業、世茂房地產、會德豐地產、嘉華國際及爪哇控股合作發展的分層住宅新盤，位於九龍長沙灣荔盈街6號及8號，於2023年6月收樓。

維港滙I (Grand Victoria I) 屬維港滙發展項目第1期，共建有四幢住宅大廈(第1、2、3及5座)，分別樓高25至27層，各配置兩部(第1、2及5座)或五部(第3座)升降機。值得一提的是只有第2座於天台設有庇護層。

四幢大廈合共提供524個分層住宅

當中第1、2及5座的1樓或2樓至頂層(28樓至30樓)屬住宅樓層，每層各設1至4伙單位。

而第3座的2樓至頂層29樓屬住宅樓層，細分為A、B兩翼，各自使用兩部升降機。其中3A座每層設有2或4伙單位；3B座則每層設8伙單位。

單位的實用面積介乎256至2,189平方呎，樓層高度由2.8至4米，分別採用開放式或獨立式廚房設計，多數單位配置露台及工作平台。

間隔涵蓋開放式至四房

當中包括：開放式、1房1廳、2房2廳、2房2廳（連儲物室）、3房2廳（連套房）及多用途房、3房2廳（連套房）及工人套房加多用途房、4房2廳（連雙套房）及工人套房等多種。

單位供應以二、三房為主，合共佔供應量約7成。戶型則分有標準戶、連平台戶、連天台戶、複式戶(配置平台、天台及梯屋)及頂層特色戶(配置平台及天台)等五種。

整個項目另設有約3.4萬平方呎非住用樓面面積；在地面還會提供不少於約3.87萬平方呎公共空間。

生活文娛

設有約逾5.85萬平方呎雙會所，以展現郵輪悠逸生活享受為設計概念，分布第1期，以及第2及3期共5層位置。當中位於第1期的住客會所約16,932平方呎；另有24,972平方呎綠化地帶/園景區供住戶休憩散步。

項目雙會所提供包括約25米恒溫室內泳池、兩個50米長室外泳池、按摩池、逾2,600平方呎的24小時開放雙健身室、蒸氣室、桑拿室、多用途標準運動場(可作藍球場、羽毛球場、乒乓球場用途)、以海洋及船艙為主題的兒童玩樂室、燒烤場、3間盛宴廳等設施。

此外，會所設逾千平方呎董事屋⌈Director’s Villa⌋，由Champalimaud Design團隊負責打造，內設室內外用餐區、開放式廚房、酒櫃、吧枱、室外獨立泳池等設施。

採用階梯式建築，有頗多向南面或西南單位享有海景。

距離港鐵南昌站約5至7分鐘步程；同時於鄰近海盈邨設有701A巴士路線，循環來往海盈邨及旺角，往旺角方向途經碧海藍天，而往海盈邨方向則途經大角咀。

整個項目另設有約3.4萬平方呎非住用樓面面積；在地面還會提供不少於約3.87萬平方呎公共空間。

於港鐵南昌站上蓋另有大型商場「V WALK」，提供約150間商戶，給予住戶豐富購物及飲食選擇。此外，住戶亦可步行十餘分鐘至深水埗區，該區民生商店及食肆林立，街市（北河街街市）、私人診所及商場均一應俱全。

區內有深水埗公園、通州街公園、南昌公園及北河街體育館供公眾使用。

項目背景及動向
維港滙 (前稱⌈興華街西住宅項目⌋) 的地盤面積約為208,266平方呎 (19,348平方米)，地段屬新九龍內地段第6549號，指定作私人住宅用途，最低及最高的樓面面積分別為55,062平方米及91,770平方米。

  地皮於2017年10月進行為期一個月招標，最終由發展商信和置業、世茂房地產、會德豐地產、嘉華國際及爪哇控股合組財團於2017年11月以172.88億元投得，每呎樓面地價約17,501元。

  項目地皮於成交價打破2017年由龍光地產等以168.55億投得的鴨脷洲利南道地皮成交紀錄，一度成為全港住宅地王，但紀錄只維持約半年，就由新地以251.61億投得的啟德第1F區1號地盤取代。

  據嘉華國際於2018年1月30日表示，估計項目最快要在2019至2020年間才可推售。

  項目在2018年3月向城規會提出申請以4.743倍地積比率興建興建11幢樓高不多於29層之住宅大樓，總樓面面積達1,022,406平方呎，住宅樓面面積約為98.7萬平方呎，共提供不多於1400個住宅單位。而規劃署亦於2018年11月表示不予反對。

  不過根據其後入遞交的預售樓花同意書顯示，整個項目共提供1,437伙分層住宅，將分為三期發展。

  信置曾於2019年10月下旬表示，計劃在2020年下半年推售項目。而項目第一期已於2020年2月入紙申請預售樓花同意書，於2021年2月獲批。

  第二期及第三期其後在2020年4月入紙申請預售樓花同意書，亦於2021年2月獲批。

  發展商於2020年6月11日先行公佈項目的英文名稱。發展商稱，項目名稱靈感源自於其獨特地理優勢：「GRAND」意指項目的設計匠心獨運，彰顯其臨海而建的顯赫宏偉規模；而「VICTORIA」則代表項目住客可俯瞰璀璨的維多利亞海景，享受傲人臨海體驗。

  而項目中文名稱最終在2021年2月26日公佈。據發展商表示，中文名稱反映了樓盤的「維港」優勢，而「滙」則意指交通優勢、藝術文化等之匯集。

  發展商在2021年3月2日上載了項目的售樓說明書，並在同月4日公佈首張價單。

  首張價單共涉及108伙單位，間隔包括開放式至3房。單位定價由約802萬至2,755.6萬元，呎價為27,486至33,241元，買家最高可享20%折扣優惠。以最高20%折扣計算，折實售價由641.6萬元至2,204.48萬元，折實呎價由21,989至26,593元。

  信和置業營業部集團聯席董事田兆源在2021年12月15日透露，維港滙I、維港滙II、維港滙III至今合共累售652伙，共套現逾91億元。
