Artisan House is a residential development under “The Artisanal Bohemian Collection” series. It is a high-rise residential building developed by New World Development. Located at No. 1 Sai Yuen Lane, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong Island, it features a single-tower design with a total of 30 floors and is equipped with two elevators.
The building has a shelter floor on the rooftop. Residential floors range from the 6th floor to the top 33rd floor, with 10 units on each floor, providing a total of 250 high-rise residential units.
