新世界（00017）旗下油麻地個「瑧爾」，公開咗一個兩房示範單位，設計靈感來自Bohemian style。呢個單位以18樓B單位做藍本，實用面積有380平方呎。兩間房都緊靠右邊，冇多餘走廊，擺設可以好靈活。整體設計以大地色做主調，再配埋唔同傢俬，營造出好豐富嘅層次感。客飯廳牆上掛滿畫，成個藝廊咁，再加埋巧妙嘅燈光設計，為單位添咗唔少色彩；至於飯廳牆面用咗玻璃鏡面設計，視覺上覺得空間更闊落。

New World (00017) has unveiled a two-bedroom show flat at “The Cornell” in Yau Ma Tei, with its design inspired by Bohemian style. Modelled after Unit B on the 18th floor, the unit has a usable area of 380 square feet. Both bedrooms are positioned on the right side, with no redundant corridors, allowing for flexible furnishings. The overall design features earth tones as the main theme, complemented by various furniture pieces to create a rich sense of layering. The living and dining room walls are adorned with paintings, resembling an art gallery, and clever lighting design adds much vibrancy to the unit. The dining room walls incorporate glass mirror designs, creating a visually more spacious feel.
The master bedroom features a corner large window, with a double bed placed against the window, forming a comfortable resting space. The wardrobe in the master bedroom is flexibly designed, serving both as a clothes hanger and a bedside cabinet, while the base of the double bed has built-in storage space, saving space and facilitating storage. Additionally, the other bedroom has been converted into a study, equipped with a streamlined desk and bookshelves, sufficient to meet work needs. The bathroom adopts a shower room design with a window for better ventilation; it is also fitted with a multi-functional mirror cabinet (MIRROR+), with reserved space for small appliances like hair dryers. The unit’s balcony and work platform feature a multi-functional BALCONY+, equipped with a washer-dryer, reserved space for small appliances, and rainproof sliding gates. There is also a MAGIC HANGER, with two sets of custom-designed clothes drying rods, each capable of supporting up to 5 kilograms, and their fixed positions can be adjusted at any time for convenient clothes drying. The wall light (House Light) adopts a metallic streamlined design, extending the stylish vibe to the outdoors.
