The developer stated that there are many bulk investors in this project, with approximately 30% of registrants intending to purchase all three units on an entire floor in one go. Additionally, over half of the registrants are Hong Kong migrants, reflecting the project’s unique geographical advantages, which make it highly popular among investors and Hong Kong migrants. To meet market demand, the sales arrangements will be uploaded within a few days, with the launch confirmed for this week.
Moreover, New World has specially introduced the New World CLUB Member Exclusive Property Benefits. Members who purchase residential units at “The Cornell” can enjoy a 3% exclusive discount.
