同區對上一個開價新盤為保利置業及賭王四太梁安琪旗下尚嘉控股合作發展的朗譽,於去年11月推出首批128伙,折實平均呎價17938元,親海駅II較之平約16%。

入場單位為2A座1樓K室,實用面積210方呎,採開放式間隔,折實售價290萬元,折實呎價13810元。

3房1.2.3換樓付款計劃

親海駅II推出「3房1.2.3換樓付款計劃」,為3房單位買家提供最高樓價九成一按,3年供息不供本,首年息口定息1厘,第二年息口定息兩厘,第三年息口定息3厘。以2A座9樓A室為例,實用面積718方呎,折實售價1037萬元,首年利息月供7778元。
