The units include 12 1-bedroom, 12 2-bedroom, and 12 3-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 33.4 sqm (360 sq ft) to 96 sqm (1,033 sq ft). Prices span HKD 8.118 million to HKD 38.003 million, with per-sq-ft prices of HKD 22,550 to HKD 36,789. The entry-level unit is Flat NORTH, 1/F (33.4 sqm / 360 sq ft, 1-bedroom), priced at HKD 8.118 million (HKD 22,550 per sq ft).
A two-group selection system will be adopted:
- Group A (3 time slots: A1-A3): For bulk buyers and 3-bedroom unit buyers;
- Group B: For buyers purchasing 1 unit only.
