油麻地項目命名 瑧爾 AUSTIN BOHEMIAN

油麻地廣東道個項目,正式命名做「瑧爾」(AUSTIN BOHEMIAN)喇。全盤一共有63個單位,戶型由1房到2房都有。而家準備樓書同示範單位嘅工作就快搞掂啦,預計短期內就會公布,仲打算喺呢個月內開售,呢個項目仲係集團今年嘅壓軸全新項目添。 呢個項目可以話係近10年嚟最貼近高鐵站嘅新樓盤,而且區內近年都好少全新樓盤推出市面,所以定價會參考九龍站附近樓盤嘅價錢,嗰區最新嘅成交呎價大約係3萬到4萬蚊。「瑧爾」呢個中文名,寓意卓爾不群嘅風範,代表住出類拔萃、超越常人,同呢個項目獨特嘅建築風格好夾。至於英文名稱AUSTIN,就代表住呢個項目鄰近港鐵柯士甸站、佐敦站同埋高鐵香港西九龍站,方便大家快捷咁往返中港兩地。項目嘅關鍵日期係2027年6月30號。 呢個項目喺油麻地廣東道530至538號,前身分別係商廈四海玉器中心同埋一幢商住舊樓,地盤面積分別係2,392平方呎同500平方呎,係由同一個財團喺2022年分別花1.92億蚊同6,600萬蚊買入嘅。

The project on Canton Road in Yau Ma Tei has been officially named “瑧爾” (AUSTIN BOHEMIAN). The entire development consists of 63 units, with unit types ranging from one – bedroom to two – bedroom. The preparation work for the sales brochure and show flats is almost completed. It is expected to be announced in the near future, and the project is planned to be launched for sale within this month. This project is also the grand finale new project of the group this year. This project can be said to be the new property closest to the high – speed rail station in the past decade. Moreover, few new properties have been launched in the area in recent years. Therefore, the pricing will refer to the prices of properties near Kowloon Station, where the latest transaction price per square foot is approximately HK$30,000 to HK$40,000. The Chinese name “瑧爾” implies an outstanding and distinctive demeanor, representing excellence and superiority, which matches the unique architectural style of this project. As for the English name “AUSTIN”, it indicates that the project is close to Austin Station, Jordan Station of the MTR, and the West Kowloon Station of the high – speed rail, facilitating convenient travel between Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. The key date of the project is June 30th, 2027. This project is located at 530 – 538 Canton Road, Yau Ma Tei. Its predecessors were the commercial building Sihai Jade Center and an old commercial – residential building. The site areas are 2,392 square feet and 500 square feet respectively. They were purchased by the same consortium in 2022 for HK$192 million and HK$66 million respectively.
