【本港訊】黃竹坑港島南岸Blue Coast II自上月23日開售以來反應暢旺，截至目前已累積售出105伙，套現金額逾15億元；而整個Blue Coast系列更突破千伙銷售大關，至今共售出1,005伙，合共套現逾167億元，成為港島南岸各項目中售樓伙數及套現金額雙冠王。
據發展商透露，Blue Coast II售出的105伙當中，涵蓋9伙4房戶、31伙3房戶及65伙2房戶。買家結構方面，本地買家佔比達7成，內地買家佔2成半，其餘為外籍買家。值得留意的是，本地買家比例顯著上升，業內人士分析，這主要由於大部分準買家親身參觀現樓後，對項目的建築質素及居住體驗感到滿意，同時對後市前景充滿信心，因而果斷入市，期間更錄得多組大手買家購入。
發展商同時預告，將於短期內推出項目第5座單位，並表示有很大機會上調售價，幅度最多達5%。

售出的105套房源里，包括9套四房、31套三房及65套两房。买家构成上，本地买家占7成，内地买家占2成半，其余为外籍买家。本地买家比例明显上升，主要因准买家实地看过现楼后，对项目品质认可且看好前景，期间还出现多组大手买家。
发展商透露，短期内将推售第5座房源，且大概率涨价，幅度最高达5%。
Blue Coast II Sells 105 Units in Over Two Weeks; 5% Price Hike Likely for New Tower
Blue Coast II at Wong Chuk Hang’s Southside has sold 105 units since its launch on August 23, raking in over US$21 million. The entire Blue Coast series has surpassed the 1,000-unit sales milestone, with 1,005 units sold to date and total proceeds exceeding US$234 million—ranking first among all Southside projects in both unit sales and sales volume.
Of the 105 units sold at Blue Coast II, there are 9 four-bedroom, 31 three-bedroom, and 65 two-bedroom units. Local buyers account for 70%, mainland buyers 25%, and the rest are expatriates. The notable rise in local buyers is attributed to most prospective buyers being satisfied with the project’s quality and optimistic about its prospects after inspecting the completed units in person. Several bulk purchases have also been recorded.
The developer announced that Tower 5 will be launched soon, with a potential price increase of up to 5%.
