Blue Coast II at Wong Chuk Hang Station – a joint development by CK Asset (01113) and MTR (00066) – has launched its 6th price list with 60 units, marking a roughly 2% price increase. The units include 30 2-bedroom (41.1 sqm / 443 sq ft) and 30 3-bedroom (70.5 sqm / 759 sq ft) units. As the project is completed, 2 payment plans are offered: the “138-Day Immediate Payment Plan” provides a maximum 13% discount, resulting in discounted prices from HKD 9.32 million to HKD 19.562 million, and discounted per-sq-ft prices from HKD 21,038 to HKD 25,773.
- The most affordable unit: Flat F, 7/F, Block 3 (2-bedroom with enclosed kitchen, 41.1 sqm / 443 sq ft), discounted price HKD 9.32 million (HKD 21,038 per sq ft).
- The entry-level 3-bedroom unit: Flat G, 6/F, Block 3 (70.5 sqm / 759 sq ft), discounted price HKD 16.137 million (HKD 21,261 per sq ft).
Ms. Yang Guiling (Deputy Chief Sales Manager of CK Asset) stated that discounts for previously launched units will be reduced later, and completed showflats will be officially open to pre-booked members of the public starting this Saturday.

Project Background
Blue Coast II (Phase 3C, Blocks 3 & 5) offers 558 units (2-4 bedroom, 41.1 – 117.7 sqm / 443 – 1,267 sq ft), with an expected key completion date of Feb 28, 2026. CK Asset acquired the project in Aug 2018 with a land premium of HKD 12.971 billion (HKD 8,614 per sq ft). Mr. Chiu once stated the project’s cost was approx. HKD 28,000 per sq ft, and the initial discounted per-sq-ft price was “a bargain” and “minimizing losses”.
