As a traditional luxury residential area in Hong Kong Island South, Blue Coast (including Blue Coast II) – a completed joint project by CK Asset and MTR – announced its 6th price list yesterday, with 60 units (30 2-bedroom, 30 3-bedroom, 41.1-70.5 sqm / 443-759 sq ft) valued at approx. HKD 970 million and an average discounted price of HKD 23,388 per sq ft. Completed showflats will be open for pre-booked visits this Saturday.

Ms. Yang Guiling (Deputy Chief Manager, Sales of CK Asset) noted that market sentiment has rebounded. As a property above MTR Wong Chuk Hang Station, Blue Coast has advantages in location, supply, and amenities. With decreasing inventory, prices are expected to rise. All 1,200 units (2-4 bedroom) across two phases are equipped with German Gaggenau appliances (retail value: HKD 214,000-HKD 535,000 per unit, total over HKD 360 million) – a rare configuration even for 2-bedroom units.
