HKD 970 million and an average discounted price of HKD 23,388 per sq ft. Completed showflats will be open for pre-booked visits this Saturday.
Ms. Yang Guiling (Deputy Chief Manager, Sales of CK Asset) noted that market sentiment has rebounded.
