BLUE COAST in Wong Chuk Hang – a joint development by CK Asset Holdings (01113) and MTR Corporation (00066) – will launch as completed properties in the short term. It aims to release a new price list and open completed showflats within the week; all units are equipped with renowned kitchen appliances, with a total value of HKD 360 million.
Ms. Yang Guiling, Deputy Chief Manager of CK Asset’s Sales Department, stated that Phases 1 and 2 of the project have a total of 1,200 units, with 900 units sold, generating approximately HKD 15.2 billion – the highest total sales among South Coast projects. The average transaction price per unit is HKD 17 million. For the upcoming launch of completed units, discounts for previously released units will be reduced (equivalent to a disguised price increase). All units are equipped with German GAGGENAU cabinetry and appliances, with each set valued at HKD 250,000 to HKD 530,000.
Mr. Guo Ziwei, Chief Manager of CK Asset’s Sales Department, noted that with the recent rise in the Hang Seng Index, the property market is expected to develop positively this year, with potential price growth of 5% to 10% to return to positive territory. Additionally, Blue Coast II will offer 48 spots for Michelin-starred chef cooking classes, with a total value of approximately HKD 200,000.
