BLUE COAST in Wong Chuk Hang – a joint development by CK Asset Holdings (01113) and MTR Corporation (00066) – will announce a new price list within 24 hours, featuring the first launch of brand-new units. Additionally, “Bluestar” – the exclusive elevator for residents connecting the project to The Southside mall – was officially commissioned today and opened for media viewing.
Ms. Yang Guiling, Deputy Chief Manager of CK Asset’s Sales Department, stated that the new price list, to be uploaded within 24 hours, will include no fewer than 56 units, all with brand-new layouts. These include a 2-bedroom unit with an enclosed kitchen (Flat F, Block 3, 41.1 sqm / 443 sq ft) and a 3-bedroom unit (Flat G, Block 3, 70.5 sqm / 759 sq ft).
Ms. Yang added that the project has obtained the Occupation Permit and will open completed showflats (covering 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom layouts) in Block 3 in the short term; approximately 500 customer groups have reserved visits within just 3 hours. Furthermore, Phase 1 will be handed over in December 2025, and Phase 2 in February 2026.
