It has been confirmed that 24 units, all with 4-bedroom layouts and usable areas ranging from 874 sq ft to 2230 sq ft, will be sold by tender. Tenders will officially open from October 14, and with the advantage of being ready-to-move-in, the project is expected to become a focus for home upgraders in the near term.
Sales Arrangement No. 1: 15 Units Across 3 Layout Types, Tower 1 Unit A is a Rare Find
Sales Arrangement No. 1 covers a total of 15 units, all located in Tower 1 (Sky Tower), divided into three types (Unit A, B, and C), each with unique features:
- Unit A (5 units): With a usable area of 2230 sq ft, these are standard stratified 4-bedroom units with 2 en-suites, plus a 136-sq-ft terrace. Both sales arrangements specify that tenders will officially start on October 14, held daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 11/F, International Commerce Centre (ICC), 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong (the “ICC Venue”). Tenders will be accepted from October 14 to 23 (or 24, depending on the arrangement number), on October 28 and 30, and on each tender day from November 3 to June 30 next year (inclusive of both dates).
Notably, the project is sold as ready-to-move-in properties. Prospective tenderers can view the units by making a reservation and submitting a cashier’s order of the amount specified by the vendor. If a unit is not reasonably available for viewing, a comparable unit may be viewed instead to ensure buyers “purchase with confidence”. Additionally, if a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still in effect, or if the Hong Kong SAR Government has issued an “Extreme Conditions Announcement” after 1:00 PM on the tender closing date, the tender closing time will be extended to 2:00 PM on the next working day (when no such warnings, signals, or announcements are in effect).
Vendor Reserves Absolute Discretion, Check Transaction Register
The vendor also specially reminds that it has no obligation to accept the highest or any tender. It reserves the absolute right to withdraw units before accepting any tender, or adjust the closing date and/or time by amending the sales arrangements. Prospective tenderers are required to check the latest transaction register of the phase, as some units may be accepted during the acceptance period after the conclusion of previous tender exercises, resulting in them becoming unavailable for tender on the scheduled sale date.
Currently, hard copies of documents containing the sales arrangements are available for free collection at the ICC Venue. They can be collected from the 11th floor daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and from the 3rd-floor lobby after 8:00 PM until 11:00 AM the next day. Interested buyers are advised to obtain details as soon as possible to seize the opportunity to purchase a ready-to-move-in 4-bedroom unit.
