Deep Water Pavilia II in Wong Chuk Hang has seen a surge in subscriptions, with over 1,400 applications received as of yesterday—representing nearly 15 times oversubscription for the 88 units in the first price list. Subscriptions will close tomorrow, according to Cannas Ho, Director of Sales and Marketing at New World Development.​

Ho noted that around 3 to 5 bulk buyers, including former tender buyers of Deep Water Pavilia, have expressed interest in purchasing multiple units for long-term rental purposes, indicating a potential rise in investor participation.​

The development features five entrances/exits on the podium level, connecting to the central clubhouse, central garden, residential blocks, roads, and an exclusive shuttle lift to King’s Road. Over 20 elevators are available for residents’ convenience, with seamless access to Southside’s landmark “THE SOUTHSIDE” lifestyle complex.​

Ho added that the group plans to launch two projects in the second half of the year: a 120-unit development on Nga Tsin Long Road in Kowloon City, and properties at 52-56 Kwan Chung Street in Jordan.
