The developer stated that the adjacent Deep Water Pavilia Phase 1 had sold 375 units as of yesterday, accounting for over 83% of the total supply. All 4-bedroom units under 1,300 sq ft have been sold out, with only 9 2-bedroom units remaining. The project has generated over HK$7.2 billion in total sales, attracting 48 bulk buyers. Approximately 70% of purchasers opted for the lump-sum payment method, with an average transacted price of around HK$28,000 per sq ft.
