新世界發展營業及市務部總監何家欣表示,今次首輪銷售預留約 46 伙單位,供大手買家時段(X 組及 S 組)選購,其餘單位則開放予一般買家。銷售安排與上一期相若,當日將分 4 組進行揀樓:X 組為獲招標買家提名的買家,每個提名權可購買 1 伙;S 組買家需最少購入 2 伙指定單位,或 3 至 8 伙;A 組買家可購最少 1 伙指定單位,或 2 至 4 伙;B 組買家最多可購 2 伙。​

項目配套同樣亮眼,設有天際會所及「日月園」空中花園連廊。「日月園」長約 110 米,是港島南岸唯一的空中花園連廊,住戶可多角度欣賞深水灣及壽臣山景觀,園內種植四季花草,並設專屬升降機直達,為住戶提供舒適的戶外休憩空間。市場預期,憑藉項目稀缺性及優越配套,首輪銷售有望錄得佳績。

The luxury project will close subscriptions on Thursday, with the first round of sales set to kick off at 4 pm on Friday.​

Cannas Ho, Director of Sales and Marketing at New World Development, stated that approximately 46 units are reserved for bulk buyers in the X and S groups during the first sales round, while the remaining units will be available to general buyers. The sales arrangement mirrors the previous phase, with four selection groups on the day: Group X (nominated by tender buyers, 1 unit per nomination right); Group S (minimum 2 designated units or 3-8 units); Group A (minimum 1 designated unit or 2-4 units); and Group B (maximum 2 units).​

Notable amenities include a sky clubhouse and the “Sun Moon Garden”—a 110-meter-long sky garden corridor, the only one of its kind in Southside. Offering panoramic views of Deep Water Bay and Shouson Hill, the garden features seasonal flora and exclusive lifts for residents, providing a serene outdoor retreat.
