Within less than a month of its sales launch, Deep Water Pavilia has sold a total of 369 units, accounting for over 82% of the entire development. Notably, all 4-bedroom units under 1,300 sq ft have been fully sold out. The project has generated over HK$7 billion in total sales proceeds, attracting 48 groups of high-net-worth buyers, with approximately 70% opting for the immediate payment plan.
