Among them, one deal was closed today for a mansion facing Deep Water Bay: Unit P1, 32nd Floor, Tower 1B, with a usable area of 1,422 sq ft, featuring a 4-bedroom layout (including 1 en-suite), a workroom and a bathroom, was sold for HK$54.938 million at a price of HK$38,634 per sq ft.
In addition, one transaction was also recorded for a unit sold at the list price: Unit A, 37th Floor, Tower 1B, with a usable area of 486 sq ft and a 2-bedroom layout, was transacted at HK$11.702 million, at a price of HK$24,078 per sq ft.
The project has sold 261 units through list price sales, accounting for over 93% of the units available for list price sales. Together with the units sold through bidding, Deep Water Pavilia II has sold a total of 351 units within less than one month of its launch, generating over HK$6.5 billion in revenue. A total of 47 groups of high-net-worth buyers were recorded, with about 70% choosing the immediate payment method.
