DEEP WATER PAVILIA and DEEP WATER PAVILIA II have sold 509 units in total, with many celebrities and local wealthy families making bulk purchases. Approximately 70% of buyers chose the immediate payment plan, generating over HKD 8.9 billion in total revenue, making the project the “top-grossing new development” of 2025. The project has also recorded 61 groups of high-net-worth bulk buyers, involving over 150 units.
