The DEEP WATER PAVILIA series at South Coast, Wong Chuk Hang – a joint development by New World Development (00017), Empire Group, Capital Strategic Holdings (00497), Lai Sun Group (00488) and MTR Corporation (00066) – recorded another tender transaction today. The unit is Flat P2, 11/F, Block 1B, with a usable area of 79.9 square meters (860 square feet). It features a 3-bedroom, 1-en-suite layout with a study and an attached bathroom, transacted at HKD 23.65 million, at a price of HKD 27,500 per square foot.

The entire DEEP WATER PAVILIA series has sold 502 units to date, with 60 groups of bulk buyers purchasing over 150 units. Approximately 70% of these buyers chose the immediate payment plan, generating a total of over HKD 8.8 billion in revenue, with an average transaction price of nearly HKD 27,000 per square foot.
