The DEEP WATER PAVILIA series in South Coast, Wong Chuk Hang – a joint development by New World Development (00017), Empire Group, Capital Strategic Holdings (00497), Lai Sun Group (00488) and MTR Corporation (00066) – sold 2 units today, generating a total of HKD 28.961 million.
One unit is Flat P2, 10/F, Block 2: a 3-bedroom en-suite with a study and bathroom, covering a usable area of 70.5 sqm (759 sq ft), transacted at HKD 19.448 million, at HKD 25,623 per sq ft. The other unit is Flat E, 18/F, Block 2: a 2-bedroom unit with a usable area of 42.1 sqm (453 sq ft), transacted at HKD 9.513 million, at HKD 21,000 per sq ft.
The DEEP WATER PAVILIA series has sold 528 units in total, generating nearly HKD 9.2 billion, with an average transaction price of approximately HKD 27,000 per sq ft. Around 70% of buyers chose the immediate payment plan. Additionally, the project has recorded 61 groups of bulk buyers, involving over 150 units and generating over HKD 2.8 billion (accounting for approximately 30% of total sales).
