Among the transactions:
- Flat P3, 20/F, Block 1B (DEEP WATER PAVILIA): Sold via tender, it has a usable area of 76.8 sqm (826 sq ft), featuring a 3-bedroom en-suite with a study and bathroom, and offers views of Deep Water Bay and Shouson Hill. Transacted at HKD 23.211 million, at HKD 28,100 per sq ft.
- Flat K, 5/F, Block 2 (DEEP WATER PAVILIA II): Also sold via tender, this 2-bedroom unit has a usable area of 42.7 sqm (460 sq ft) with an attached 33.6 sqm (362 sq ft) terrace. Transacted at HKD 13.288 million, at HKD 28,887 per sq ft.
DEEP WATER PAVILIA and DEEP WATER PAVILIA II have sold 526 units in total, attracting celebrities and local wealthy families for bulk purchases. 70% of buyers chose the immediate payment plan, with total sales exceeding HKD 9.1 billion, making it the top-grossing new project of 2025. The project also recorded 61 groups of bulk buyers, involving over 150 units and generating over HKD 2.8 billion (accounting for approximately 31% of total sales), representing one of the highest bulk purchase ratios among recent new projects.
