黃竹坑「滶晨」開售進入倒計時，計劃 24 小時內上載首張價單，涉及不少於 91 伙單位，覆蓋 2 房至 4 房全線戶型，涵蓋不同樓層選擇，市場期待值持續攀升。
新世界發展營業及市務部總監何家欣表示，首張價單將納入所有戶型，從 2 房至 4 房單位一應俱全，定價將參考港島區豪宅項目水平。除自住用家積極查詢外，亦接獲眾多豪宅買家及投資者意向，尤其關注兩房單位作長線投資，當中包括早前透過招標購入單位的買家；銷售安排上將預留部分單位，供大手組別優先揀選。
何家欣補充，項目開售前已率先獲 5 大銀行提供按揭服務支持，包括滙豐銀行、恒生銀行、中銀香港、工銀亞洲及東亞銀行等，其餘大型銀行的按揭合作計劃亦將陸續公布，為買家提供多元融資選擇。

Deep Water Pavilia to Upload First Price List Within 24 Hours Covering 91 Units (2-4 Bedrooms)
Deep Water Pavilia in Wong Chuk Hang is set to upload its first price list within 24 hours, covering no fewer than 91 units spanning 2 to 4-bedroom layouts, marking a key step toward its launch.
Cannas Ho, Director of Sales and Marketing at New World Development, stated that the price list will include all unit types from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom across various floors, with pricing referencing luxury projects in Hong Kong Island. In addition to inquiries from end-users, many luxury buyers and investors—including previous bidding buyers—have shown interest in 2-bedroom units for long-term investment. The sales arrangement will reserve some units for priority selection by bulk buyers.
Ho added that prior to the launch, the project has secured mortgage services from 5 major banks, including HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China (Hong Kong), ICBC Asia, and Bank of East Asia. The developer noted that mortgage cooperation plans with other major banks will be announced sequentially.
Wilson Wong, Project Director of New World Development’s Project Management Department, highlighted that the clubhouse and garden span over 72,000 sq ft (approximately 6,689 sq m) with 32 facilities. The garden, covering about 50,000 sq ft (approximately 4,645 sq m), is crafted by international team SHMA, featuring over 100 plants from around the world. It also includes a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool—the longest among all phases of South Island Coast.
