The list prices of the units are between HK$12.118 million and HK$22.821 million, with a list price per square foot ranging from HK$17,019 to HK$24,149.

The project is a completed property, and the developer offers 2 payment plans. Those who choose the 120-day cash discount payment plan can enjoy a maximum 6% discount, bringing the discounted prices to between HK$11.391 million and HK$21.452 million, with a discounted per square foot price of HK$15,998 to HK$22,700. Among these, 14 units have a discounted price of less than HK$13 million.

The entry-level unit is Unit D, 10th Floor, Block 6, with a usable area of 712 square feet and a two-bedroom layout. After deducting the maximum 6% discount, the discounted price is HK$11.39 million, with a discounted per square foot price of HK$15,998.
