With usable areas of 25.8-36.5 sqm (278-393 sq ft), the units are priced at HKD 4.984M-HKD 6.33M (HKD 13,913-HKD 18,205/sq ft). After an 18% discount, discounted prices range from HKD 4.087M to HKD 5.191M, with discounted per-sq-ft prices of HKD 11,409-HKD 14,928. A new sales schedule was uploaded the same day, with sales of these units starting this Saturday (23rd).
Mr. Lo Wing Chun, Senior Director of Sales & Marketing at Kerry Property Agency, stated that since its launch in July, FLORA has sold 47 units, accounting for over 70% of the released units, showing steady sales.
