These penthouse units have usable areas of 25.6-71.1 sqm (276-765 sq ft) and terrace areas of 16.9-61.1 sqm (182-657 sq ft). Among them, the 3-bedroom penthouse units feature built-in stairs leading directly to the terrace, with only 2 such units available in the entire project.
