In One Above – the official English name of Ho Man Tin’s high-end residential project– is rolling out new inventory again. The development will launch 7 three-bedroom units via tender next Monday (the 15th), focusing on catering to homebuyers with demands for upgraded living spaces.
All units up for tender are located at Unit D, Block 2B of the project, featuring a uniform “three-bedroom with storage room” layout. Their usable areas range from 894 to 937 sq ft, with a spatial design that perfectly suits family living needs.
