項目同步公布銷售安排,該 9 伙將於周五(8 日)起發售;扣除最高折扣後,折實價約 1,103.6 萬至 1,394.9 萬元,呎價 23,683 至 29,998 元。

此外,瑜一(IN ONE)系列自 4 月初現樓登場後,累沽 192 伙,套現逾 26 億元。

IN ONE Phase IC in Ho Man Tin, a joint development by Chinachem Group and MTR Corporation (00066), will cut prices of 9 units – all Flat C and Flat D of Block 5B. These 2-bedroom units have usable areas of 43.2 sqm (465 sq ft) and 43.3 sqm (466 sq ft), with price cuts ranging from 10% to 12%. The largest cut applies to Flat C, 28/F, Block 5B (43.2 sqm / 465 sq ft): its original price of HKD 18.648 million is reduced to HKD 16.411 million, a price cut of approximately 12%.

Sales arrangements were announced simultaneously: the 9 units will go on sale from this Friday (8th). After deducting the maximum discount, the discounted prices range from HKD 11.036 million to HKD 13.949 million, with a per-square-foot price of HKD 23,683 to HKD 29,998.

Furthermore, since the launch of completed units in early April, the IN ONE series has sold 192 units, generating over HKD 2.6 billion in revenue.
