- Flat D, 26/F & 27/F, Block 5B: Both 43.3 sqm (466 sq ft), 2-bedroom with open kitchen, transacted at HKD 12.54 million (HKD 26,912 per sq ft) and HKD 12.729 million (HKD 27,317 per sq ft) respectively.
