The unit is Flat B, 19/F, Block 1A – a 2-bedroom unit with an enclosed kitchen and a storage room, featuring a usable area of 55 sqm (591 sq ft). Located in the front row facing south, it offers unobstructed Victoria Harbour views. It transacted at HKD 18.7867 million, at approximately HKD 31,788 per square foot.

It is understood that the buyer frequently travels between the Mainland and Hong Kong and intends to purchase property in Hong Kong. Attracted by IN ONE’s location in the traditional luxury district of Ho Man Tin, direct elevator access to Ho Man Tin MTR Station (facilitating high-speed rail travel between the two places), and the unit’s premium harbour view, the buyer decided to submit a tender shortly after viewing.

Since the launch of completed units, IN ONE has sold 197 units in total, generating over HKD 2.68 billion in revenue.
