DOUBLE COAST I, a completed development by Wheelock Properties in Kai Tak, recorded another two transactions of 2-bedroom units today (9th). One is Flat E, 16/F, Block 3, with a usable area of 42.9 square meters (462 square feet), sold at HKD 8.639 million, at a price of approximately HKD 18,699 per square foot.
The other transaction is Flat C, 25/F, Block 3, with a usable area of 39 square meters (420 square feet), transacted at HKD 8.105 million, at a price of approximately HKD 19,298 per square foot.
Buyers were attracted by the accelerated progress of the “Kai Tak Green Collective Transport” and the successive events held at Kai Tak Sports Park, which drive the area’s potential. They also favored the project’s Sydney waterfront-themed gardens and clubhouse, thus deciding to purchase immediately after visiting the completed units. The entire project has sold 180 units, generating nearly HKD 1.41 billion in revenue.
