Among these, there are 8 special units, including 4 low-floor units with terraces and 4 top-floor units with rooftops (1 for each category). It is worth noting that the layout of rooftop units is identical to that of regular stratified units, and the rooftop is accessible via an external staircase.
In terms of area, the smallest unit in the entire project is Unit C on the 3rd floor, which has a usable area of 242 square feet, features a 1-bedroom layout with an en-suite bathroom, and is connected to a 125-square-foot terrace.
