Deep Water Pavilia, Phase 5A of South Island Coast near Wong Chuk Hang Station, recently unveiled a renovated 4-bedroom show flat, with a living area exceeding 41.8 square meters, fully demonstrating the flexibility of luxury residential space and attracting market attention.
Modeled after Unit P2 on the 38th floor of Block 1A, the flat boasts a usable area of 158.5 square meters. Originally designed as a 4-bedroom, 2-en-suite layout with a maid’s room, it has been cleverly transformed by designers into a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-en-suite configuration with a maid’s room.
The living area spans approximately 8.5 meters in length and 5 meters in width, paired with a 3.3-meter extra-high ceiling, creating an open and transparent atmosphere.
