據悉,涉及單位包括27樓A室,實用面積838平方呎,屬3房戶型,連車位成交價達2,944.3萬元,呎價35,135元,成交價及呎價均刷新項目紀錄;另一伙為27樓C室,實用面積568平方呎,同為3房戶,成交價1,750.4萬元,呎價30,817元。
開發商相關人士表示,項目推售至今已沽出125伙,套現金額逾10.78億元,反映市場對項目持續認可。

Major Buyer Acquires Two Units at 101 KINGS ROAD for HK$46.947 Million, Setting New Price Records
101 KINGS ROAD saw a significant transaction on March 20, as a single buyer purchased two units for a total of HK$46.947 million.
The transacted units include Flat A on the 27th floor, a 3-bedroom unit with a usable area of 838 sq ft, sold with a car park for HK$29.443 million. This translates to a per sq ft price of HK$35,135, setting new records for both the total transaction value and per sq ft price at the development.
The other unit is Flat C on the 27th floor, also a 3-bedroom unit with a usable area of 568 sq ft, which sold for HK$17.504 million at a per sq ft price of HK$30,817.
A representative from the developer stated that 125 units at 101 KINGS ROAD have been sold to date, generating over HK$1.078 billion in revenue.
