Other clubhouse facilities include a yoga space, an outdoor pool, and a barbecue area, etc. Yau Chun-sang, Deputy Project Director of Cullinans’ Special Development Department, stated that The Cullinan‧Sky Phase 1 is gradually handing over units, while Phase 2 has obtained the occupation permit. The management fee for the project is approximately HK$5.58 per square foot. The project will also be seamlessly connected to the residential buildings of MTR Kai Tak Station. Residents can connect to the adjacent commercial building AIRSIDE and the MTR station entrance through the podium mall, and this passage is expected to open in the short term.
