The HADDON, a key residential development in Hung Hom, has launched Price List No. 5, adding 46 new residential units to its sales inventory. All units are 1-bedroom layouts, with usable areas of 263 sq. ft. and 266 sq. ft., catering specifically to the needs of singles or small families.
Pricing for the newly released units ranges from HK$5.426 million to HK$5.9 million, with a unit price per sq. ft. between HK$20,398 and HK$22,180. To enhance buyer appeal, the project offers a maximum discount of 11.5%. After applying this discount, the net prices of the units will be as low as HK$4.802 million and up to HK$5.222 million, while the net unit price per sq. ft. will drop to a range of HK$18,052 to HK$19,629, highlighting significant cost-effectiveness for potential buyers.
