Mr. Han Jia Hui, Director and General Manager of Sales (Division 2) at Henderson Property Agency, stated that THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE (Kai Tak) has recently sold Flat A, 6/F, Block 7 via tender. With a usable area of 93.1 sqm (1,002 sq ft), the unit transacted at HKD 32.95 million, at a price of HKD 32,884 per square foot.

Data shows that since the project launched sales as completed properties, it has generated approximately HKD 5.07 billion in total (including parking spaces); the overall project (including parking spaces) has accumulated a total transaction value of around HKD 7.56 billion, demonstrating steady sales performance.
