These units are 3-bedroom en-suites with a study and bathroom, generating a total revenue of over HKD 168 million.
Among them, the unit with the highest transaction price and per-square-foot price is Flat A, 31/F, Block 1A. With a usable area of 76.1 sqm (819 sq ft), it transacted at HKD 30.541 million, at a price of HKD 37,291 per square foot.
