Victoria Voyage in Kai Tak – a joint development by China Overseas (00688), Wharf Holdings (00004), Henderson Land (00012) and K. Wah (00173) – is set to launch. Its resident clubhouse “Club Voyage” adopts a yacht-inspired design, featuring over 50 facilities integrated with global elements, such as a Bali-style outdoor swimming pool.
Covering over 11,148 square meters (120,000 square feet) including gardens, the clubhouse is divided into three themed zones:
- Grand Voyage: A 7-storey independent clubhouse with an exterior inspired by super yachts (echoing the waterfront location of Kai Tak’s former runway). Facilities include a 50m Bali-style garden pool (swimming here feels like being abroad), a 25m Mediterranean-style indoor heated pool, a British-style banquet hall, a Nordic-style co-working space, a gym (with Victoria Harbour views), and a “Great Barrier Reef” children’s play area.
- Grand Aqua: Offers sea-view hot springs, ocean-view foot spas, a billiards room, and a card room for residents to enjoy with friends.
- Grand Oasis: Features garden facilities, including a Zen garden for relaxing walks and a barbecue area for gatherings with family and friends.
