Victoria Voyage in Kai Tak, a joint development by China Overseas (00688), Wharf Holdings (00004), Henderson Land (00012) and K. Wah (00173), officially opened its completed showflats and clubhouse to the public yesterday. Senior executives from the four developers also gathered at the completed property to cheer on the team and agents.
Recently, Victoria Voyage launched the first batch of 18 waterfront luxury units, which will be sold via tender starting next Friday. All units in the first tender batch face Victoria Harbour with sea views; these 3-bedroom units are located at Flats A and B of Block 1A, with usable areas of 76 square meters (818 square feet) and 76.1 square meters (819 square feet) respectively.
