The developer uploaded the latest sales arrangement last night, announcing the public sale of 52 units this Wednesday (6th). After deducting all discounts, the cheapest unit is Flat D, 36/F, Block 2A (31.5 sqm / 339 sq ft), with a discounted price starting from HKD 4.618 million and a per-square-foot price of HKD 13,621.
The project has sold 6 units so far today, including 5 1-bedroom units and 1 1-bedroom unit with a terrace (Flat G, 9/F, Block 3A). This special unit has a usable area of 28.8 sqm (310 sq ft) and a terrace area of 18.1 sqm (195 sq ft), transacted at HKD 5.571 million, at a per-square-foot price of HKD 17,971.
