Villa Garda II in PARK SEASONS, Tseung Kwan O – led by Sino Land – has updated its price list, slashing prices for 26 remaining units by 19% to 23%. Among them, Flat G, 10/F, Block 2A (with a usable area of 32.3 sqm / 347 sq ft) was originally priced at HKD 7.914 million when launched in July 2022; its current price has been reduced to HKD 6.125 million, a 23% cut.
The developer also announced the sales arrangement: these 26 units will be put up for sale again this Sunday.
