The unit with the highest transaction price and per-square-foot price is Flat F, 9/F, Block 3B, with a usable area of 38.4 sqm (413 sq ft) and an attached 26.6 sqm (286 sq ft) terrace. It transacted at HKD 7.4906 million, at a price of HKD 18,137 per square foot.
To date, the entire Villa Garda project has sold 1,267 units in total, generating approximately HKD 9.9 billion in revenue.
