It transacted at HKD 7.451 million, at HKD 17,954 per sq ft. Since its re-launch as completed properties, the Villa Garda series has sold 592 units, with sales revenue exceeding HKD 3.78 billion; the entire project has sold 1,437 units in total, with total sales revenue approaching HKD 11 billion.
