此外,項目今日全盤共沽 41 伙(含凱柏峰 III 3 伙),全盤累計售出 1,178 伙,總銷額逾 93 億元。資料顯示,今日推售的 38 伙折實價 463.4 萬至 503.96 萬元,呎價 13,751 至 14,523 元;最平單位為 2B 座 15 樓 B 室(337 平方呎 1 房開廚),選輕鬆 360 天付款計劃並扣最高 14% 折扣、享印花稅代繳及提前成交回贈後,折實 463.4 萬元,呎價 13,751 元。

Villa Garda in Tseung Kwan O’s PARK SEASONS, under Sino Land and others, has seen strong sales since its re-launch as completed units, selling 256 units and generating over HKD 1.7 billion in a few days. The developer uploaded a new price list for 76 units of Villa Garda II a few days ago, and launched 38 units for sale today. Despite the Hong Kong Observatory issuing a Black Rainstorm Warning, many potential buyers went to select units in the rain – by around 12 noon, all 38 units were sold out.
Thomas Tian, Executive Director of Sino Land, stated that the 38 sold-out units of Villa Garda II today are all 1-bedroom units, generating nearly HKD 200 million in a single day. Since the launch of completed units, the project has sold 333 units, with total sales exceeding HKD 2.1 billion. The unit with the highest transaction price today is Flat G, 66/F, Block 2A, with a usable area of 32.2 square meters (347 square feet), transacted at HKD 5.4928 million, at a price of HKD 15,829 per square foot.
In addition, the entire development sold 41 units today (including 3 units of Villa Garda III), with a total of 1,178 units sold across the entire project, and cumulative sales exceeding HKD 9.3 billion. Data shows that the discounted prices of the 38 units launched today range from HKD 4.634 million to HKD 5.0396 million, with a per-square-foot price of HKD 13,751 to HKD 14,523. The cheapest unit is Flat B, 15/F, Block 2B – a 1-bedroom unit with an open kitchen (31.3 square meters / 337 square feet). With the “Easy 360-Day Payment Plan” (maximum 14% discount), “stamp duty payment on behalf” benefit, and “early completion cash rebate” (6% rebate for 90-day early completion), its discounted price is HKD 4.634 million, at a per-square-foot price of HKD 13,751.
