The special unit is Flat B, 67/F, Block 3B, featuring a 3-bedroom en-suite layout with a storage room and a maid’s room. It has a usable area of 86.7 sqm (933 sq ft), with an attached 9.4 sqm (101 sq ft) terrace and 73.7 sqm (793 sq ft) rooftop. Sold via tender, it transacted at HKD 17.761 million, at a price of approximately HKD 19,036 per sq ft.
The Villa Garda series has sold 1,249 units in total, with a combined sales amount exceeding HKD 9.8 billion.
